The Gurley Leep Automotive Family Corporate Office, located in Mishawaka, IN, is looking for a proactive, professional, and highly dependable Assistant Family Office Coordinator to keep things running smoothly within the Family Office.
This isn’t just another desk job – you’ll be providing administrative, financial, and organizational support that impacts the Family Office operations every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage correspondence for family members and senior staff members associated with financial, legal, and personal documents
- Draft, edit, and proofread communications, reports, and presentations
- Support expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring
- Assist with record maintenance for investments, properties, and philanthropic activities
- Coordinate with accountants, bankers, and advisors to ensure timely flow of information
- Assist in planning family events, meetings, and special projects including working with vendors, contractors, and service providers and providing status updates to family members and/or senior staff members
- Handle sensitive and highly confidential family and business information with the utmost discretion
- Work on-site at the Corporate Office in Mishawaka

Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, communications or a related field or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in executive support, financial services, or family office operations
- Must be a proactive problem solver with a service-oriented mindset
- Must be a collaborative team player, with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and willing to support the team in a variety of tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
