What You’ll Do

As Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. You’ll:

• Lead and mentor a team of production employees, empowering them to reach their full potential.
   
• Drive daily performance through proactive communication, clear expectations, and accountability.
   
• Monitor production schedules and quality metrics to hit efficiency targets.
   
• Champion continuous improvement, health & safety, and compliance initiatives.
   
• Partner with leadership to align production goals with company strategy.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
   
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
   
• Experience in production or manufacturing processes (finishing operations a plus).
   
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
   
• 1–3 years of production management or related leadership experience.
   

The Details

• Full-time, on-site leadership role in Hartford County, CT.
• Hands-on environment with exposure to shop floor activities (must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally).
• Post-offer background check and drug testing (including marijuana) required.
