As a Sr. HR Analyst, you’ll turn people data into insights that help shape strategy and improve decision-making across Tenstorrent. This role blends technical skills with an interest in HR, supporting everything from building dashboards to ensuring clean, reliable data across systems. It’s a great fit for someone early in their HR analytics career who’s excited to grow their expertise while making an immediate impact.
This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA.

Who You Are
- Experienced in HR or people analytics with 2–4 years in analytics or data roles.
- Skilled in Google Sheets/Excel, with working knowledge of SQL and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy, with strong documentation habits.
- Clear communicator who can explain data in a simple, business-focused way.
What We Need
- Build and maintain BI products and dashboards that give leaders visibility into workforce trends.
- Standardize HR measurement and reporting to ensure consistency across teams.
- Partner with HR Operations and system owners to maintain clean, reliable data across platforms.
- Contribute to ad hoc reporting needs and special projects that extend the impact of HR analytics.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
