We’re looking for a Senior Video Creator with a strong advertising agency background to join our Bogotá team. In this role, you’ll transform campaign concepts into bold, high-performing short-form video ads—working exclusively with stock footage and AI-generated visuals. No live shoots. Just smart storytelling, design sensibility, and sharp execution.
This is a senior creative position with the potential to grow into a leadership role.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the creation of digital ad videos from concept to final edit
• Craft stories using stock footage and AI platforms like Runway, Midjourney, etc.
• Apply motion design, sound, type, and pacing to maximize impact
• Translate scripts, headlines, and campaign goals into engaging visual narratives
• Collaborate closely with the creative director and the content team to align on tone and performance
• Ensure consistency and quality across deliverables
• (As the team grows): Guide and mentor junior editors or freelancers, review work, and contribute to team structure
Who You Are:
• A senior-level creative with 5+ years in an advertising or creative agency
• Experienced in digital video editing, with a strong reel of branded content or ad campaigns
• Skilled in Premiere, After Effects, and motion design techniques
• Comfortable working entirely with stock footage and AI-manipulated visuals—no filming required
• Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for storytelling, timing, and visual cohesion
• A collaborative teammate who can also lead when needed
Bonus Points:
• Experience creating performance-driven or B2B video ads
• Familiarity with trends in AI-generated content and video advertising formats
• Leadership or mentorship experience within creative teams
