SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Processes all Driver Returns/Paperwork; In addition, assists in processing warehouse damage, returned cigarettes, scanning all returned/damaged product and janitorial duties.
LOCATION: Bossier City, LA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: Additional duties, which are necessary to carry out the function of the Driver’s Room Clerk, may be assigned and are incorporated by reference into this job description.
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing of Driver Paperwork, returns, collections, etc. as related to Route files;
- Responsible for assisting all functions of Driver return/Damage room policies and procedures as needed;
- Responsible for providing back-up coverage for Will Call or any related position in warehouse;
- Assists in maintaining good housekeeping and maintains a clean work environment;
- Prepares driver reports as needed for reconciliation of returned totes and Driver Incentive charges;
- Assists in proper processing and follow up for shipping vendor returns timely manner;
- Handles computer operations, email, and company telephone in a professional manner;
- Reports to work on time, as directed by the Driver’s Room Supervisor and completes all duties in a timely manner;
- Performs above listed duties in a cooperative, capable manner, processing the information effectively and communicating the information as needed effectively;
- Performs any other duties assigned Drivers Room Supervisor;
- All personnel within this job description shall be subject to cross-training into jobs within the organization based on Company needs

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
