We offer civil and structural engineering, planning + landscape architecture, survey, and construction inspection services to public and private clients throughout Texas.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: As a Planning Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced planners to gain hands-on experience shaping communities. You’ll contribute to real-world projects, assist with research, collect and analyze data, and see how planning principles come to life.
Once selected to join our team, you will:
- Collaborate with planners on mapping, zoning analysis, and policy research.
- Collect and analyze data from surveys, field work, or GIS tools.
- Summarize findings to support planning decisions.
- Organize project files, maintain records, and help with scheduling.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to ongoing projects.
- Observe professional planning practices and build technical skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE:
- Basic knowledge of landscape architecture and site design principles
- Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, or Adobe Creative Suite
SKILLS:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Eagerness and willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and strong work ethic
EDUCATION:
- Actively pursuing a degree (undergraduate or graduate) in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field
