POSITION SUMMARY 

The Inventory Associate will be responsible for handling/moving/documenting inventory throughout the Phoenix DC. The Inventory Associate will prepare products for shipment for internal and external customers. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

Knowledge:  

  • Must be familiar with proper packing methods and materials.
  • Experience with FedEx ship Manager and UPS Worldship required experience with online freight carrier software is desirable.
  • Experience with scanners is helpful.

Skills & Abilities:  

  • Basic math and computer skills required. 
  • Attention to detail and being able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Level of Experience:  

  • Previous warehouse experience in a medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of 2 to 4 years is preferred.
  • 1 year of certifiable experience in operation of electric pallet rider for 1 of the open roles required.

Level of Education:  

Minimum of 2 years of High School education is required. 

Travel:

None. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Check orders picked for accuracy.
  • Pack orders for shipping.
  • Ship products via FedEx, UPS, or Freight carrier.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and follow prescribed safety regulations.
  • Follow all company quality and compliance regulations.
  • Other duties as required.
