About the Role:
As a Data Analyst within the manufacturing industry based in Chandler, CHF, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact production and business outcomes. Your work will support cross-functional teams by providing clear, data-driven recommendations that enhance manufacturing processes and product quality. You will also develop and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced visualization tools to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in data cleaning, data extraction, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong programming skills in R and experience with SAS for statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and create pivot tables for data summarization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline or relevant certifications in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Experience with advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment within manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling using R and SAS to uncover insights and forecast trends.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Identify data quality issues and implement data cleansing processes to improve data integrity.
- Create pivot tables and other summary reports to support ad hoc analysis and business reviews.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
