What You’ll Do:
- Handle residential plumbing service calls
- Create accurate repair estimates for clients
- Educate customers about plumbing products and solutions when necessary
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Provide training and support for junior team members
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow and adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by management, with flexibility based on business needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of plumbing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift 50-100 lbs, work outdoors, crawl into tight spaces, and climb ladders
- All candidates must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
- A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record (please provide a recent DMV driving report)
