Join Our Team as a Warehouse Cycle Counter – 3rd Shift

Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving? Are you motivated by accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Palermo’s Pizza is looking for a Warehouse Cycle Counter to join our team on 3rd shift (10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) at our Milwaukee facility.

As a Warehouse Cycle Counter, you’ll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring smooth operations for our production and warehouse teams.

What You’ll Do

• Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts using an RF scanner to verify inventory accuracy.
• Record and apply immediate corrections in the system using applicable inventory adjustment methods.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and assist in corrective action.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams through clear and timely communication.
• Manage time effectively to balance cycle counts and competing priorities.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and transactions.
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Where You’ll Work

You’ll be based at Palermo Villa in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, home to our state-of-the-art pizza manufacturing and warehouse facility.

When You’ll Work

This position is for 3rd shift, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., primarily Monday through Friday. Flexibility will be required to work Saturday shifts during peak pizza season to support production and warehouse demands.
