Who Are You?

You possess a strong background in residential home repairs or maintenance and are proficient with a variety of hand tools. You possess previous supervisory experience and a desire to teach others. You have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.  You have the drive and initiative to grow with us.  

What’s In It for You? 

You will play a crucial role in maintaining property value and residential satisfaction through the effective management of unit preparation for the next resident. You will guide your team, work with Property Managers and Maintenance personnel to establish quality turns. You will manage subcontractors to maintain quality service. 

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee the coordination and execution of the make-ready/turns process for multi-family apartments, townhomes and single-family homes.
  • Direct and supervise up to 7 crew members, including hiring, retention, timecards, performance management and safety. 
  • Research, negotiate and schedule subcontractors
  • Evaluate current processes for avenues for improvement
  • Hands on repairs/replacements of household items, breezeways and common areas within a specified skill set

 Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Proven supervisory experience, working knowledge of maintenance preferred
  • Experience with scheduling, conflict resolution, problem-solving and decision making
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Proficient with computers
  • Clean and neat appearance
  • Valid driver’s license and personal reliable transportation
  • Clean background check and drug test required
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 80 pounds at times and be on feet all day
