Supply Room Attendant bei Case Farms, LLC

OVERVIEW ::

This positions duties include receiving material and supplies, organizing items in storage, maintaining inventory records, stocking shelves, retrieving items for sales orders, and using electronic tracking equipment.

 

****Available openings are on 2nd shift, from 4pm to 12am****

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::

• Complete requisition and reorder reports.
• Responsible for keeping supply inventory available.
• Works with vendors to obtain pricing and availability of items.
• Place orders or supplies, as needed.
• Create purchase orders, maintain receipts from spending, and other documentation. 
• This position is required to complete necessary documentation regarding packaging supplies for the facility.
• Scan any boxes or bags that are brought in.
• Responsible for BOM and helping support the shrink/swell report.
• Complete the intake of all goods brought in.
• Record and document all actions in the bag room.
• Drive to various locations to obtain and deliver supplies.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

REQUIREMENTS ::

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possession of valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to learn all jobs in assigned area.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have good basic math skills.
• Able to work without very much supervision.
• Ability to work with and lead a diverse group of employees.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ::

• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, stretch, walk, reach, twist, bend, use hands and fingers, handle objects or controls, talk, hear.

• Frequent travel on foot outdoors to make deliveries.
