Otter Products is hiring for an Inventory Clerk to join our 3rd shift Distribution Team in Frederick, CO.
The Inventory Clerk completes routine assignments, under moderate supervision and within defined procedures and established practices to track and count inbound deliveries effectively and efficiently, including completing cycle counts and reconciling inventory balances and shipping/receiving discrepancies. This role involves the operation of machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks to load material onto delivery vehicles in adherence with safety procedures.
**Available Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. MT

For more information visit otterproducts.comResponsibilities:- Accurately count bulk merchandise in primary warehouse location
- Performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels
- Complete rack verifications and inventory reconciliation activities including, Balance on Hand (BOH), receiving/shipping discrepancies
- Perform routine clerical duties including data entry and running inventory metrics
- Provides internal and external customer support
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Perform duties in compliance with OSHA and other appropriate standards
- Operate equipment including but not limited to forklifts, electric pallet jack (EPJ), order pickers, Turret, etc. as needed to perform duties.
- Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of one year of related experience is required
- Experience operating equipment (i.e., forklift, electric pallet jack (EPJ), order picker, Turret, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience with M3, or similar warehouse management system, is preferred.
- At least 18 years of age or older (due to operation of machinery/equipment)
