What You’ll Do

1 Sales & Revenue Growth

• Partner with our Regional Manager to execute monthly sales strategies that drive membership growth

• Coach and motivate our front desk sales team to exceed performance goals

• Monitor KPIs and contribute to a high-energy, results-driven studio culture

2 Social Media Marketing

• Create vibrant, on-brand content for our studio’s social media platforms

• Collaborate with local businesses and influencers to expand our digital footprint

• Execute in-studio marketing campaigns that excite and engage our community

3 Business Development

• Build strategic partnerships with local organizations to boost brand awareness

• Represent Club Pilates at community events and networking opportunities

• Generate new membership leads through creative outreach and collaboration

Who You Are

• A natural leader with a creative spark and a results-driven mindset

• Experienced in sales, social media, or marketing (bonus if you’ve done all three!)

• Obsessed with building community and making meaningful connections
