Blue Sky Innovators is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead technology projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow with BSI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, and program support, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who will learn and implement BSI program management tools and collaborate with stakeholders to successfully lead projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee technology projects
- Team Coordination: Oversee a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance, support, and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders on contract progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technology and rapid projects development, test and operations.
- Strong Technical Background
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- TS/SCI Clearance Required
