Collier's Work-Based Learning Program is currently looking for a part-time driver to assist in driving students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher and provide extra support to students with disabilities
• Assist in driving students to and from their programs
• Provide instructional assistance individually or in a small group
• Encourage, coach, and assist students with emotional, academic, and personal growth
• Assist with any other projects and activities as needed, which includes transporting students

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ Driver's License
• Must have experience working with classified students with diversified needs and differentiated instruction
• Experience with positive behavioral support is a plus
• Must have a Substitute Certification or be willing to obtain a substitute certification by demonstrating proof of 60 college credits
• Sincere desire to work with children and promote personal growth
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure
