Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management – Oversee and develop customer relationships within the assigned region.
- Customer Engagement – Conduct on-site visits to assess roofing service needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Inspections & Assessments – Perform comprehensive roof inspections and identify opportunities for service.
- Proposal Development – Prepare and present detailed, professional quotes to potential clients.
- Data Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and project details.
- Receivables Oversight – Assist in managing outstanding payments and address any concerns related to invoices.
- Sales Reporting – Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and lost business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of three (3) years of sales experience (roofing industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of roofing practices, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.
