Medical Receptionist – Portland

Pay: $20–$24/hr | Schedule: Mon–Thu, 7 AM–5 PM | No nights or weekends

Do you enjoy being the friendly face that helps everything run smoothly? Blackstone Pain Medicine is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our Portland clinic. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and play an important part in making their visit a positive experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Welcoming patients and visitors with a professional, caring attitude

• Scheduling and confirming appointments, along with insurance verification

• Collecting co-pays and assisting with follow-up on missed appointments

• Answering phones and directing calls appropriately

• Keeping the reception area tidy and inviting

• Supporting the office with general administrative tasks
