Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Technician to join our team. This role includes year-round responsibilities: performing landscape maintenance and enhancement work during the growing season and assisting with snow and ice management throughout the winter months. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working outdoors, and has experience operating a variety of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all mower types and two-cycle equipment, including stick edgers, hedge trimmers, string trimmers, blowers, and other landscape maintenance tools.
• Work on a team of 2–3 crew members to mow, weed, trim, prune, mulch, and maintain commercial, HOA, and residential landscapes.
• Complete enhancement projects such as planting, seasonal color, landscape bed renovation, and small hardscape or improvement work.
• Assist with seasonal services, including leaf removal, mulching, and fall/spring cleanups.
• Perform snow and ice removal during the winter months, including plowing, shoveling, salting, and operating skid steers or other snow equipment.
• Work independently within a crew to ensure maintenance and enhancement projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Identify and communicate equipment concerns to the crew leader to ensure safe and effective use.
• Follow direction from the Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader while maintaining strong communication with team members, management, and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with minimal moving violations.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Landscape Maintenance Technician preferred; snow removal or equipment operation experience a plus.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain landscape and snow removal equipment.
• Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and grow in the landscape industry.
