We’re looking for a strong and dependable leader to support operations at our Reese Blvd Distribution Center in Huntersville, NC. This is a full-time, second-shift position with a four-day workweek—Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour shifts from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, including a 30-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to Warehouse Associates in the respective distribution center departments (Inbound, Packaging, Outbound)
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders using handheld scanners and WMS systems
- Oversee product receiving, including unloading freight containers, breaking down pallets, and sorting items by SKU
- Conduct thorough checks of customer orders, identifying and recording errors, and ensuring safe transportation (Pack to Protect)
- Handle complex WMS tasks, such as cycle counts, inventory adjustments, item data management, international shipping, order wave planning, purchase order receiving, inventory replenishment, and returns management
- Operate and train team members on advanced warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and packaging machinery
- Train and mentor team members in receiving, order pulling, shipping, packaging, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with other departments and team members for smooth operations and process improvements
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the work area
- Participate in physical inventories as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift High Reach experience
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- At least 5 years of distribution center experience
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Products (Teams, Office Suite, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong math and reading skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work overtime when necessary
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Visual acuity to distinguish between detail, color, and other characteristics of material and objects
- Finger/wrist dexterity for computer keyboard use or handling/packaging product
