We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Administrative Assistant, Office of the CEO to bring their skills (and maybe a little tropical energy) to our growing team in Saskatoon.
This isn’t your typical admin gig; it’s a chance to be a key partner within the Office of the CEO, supporting both daily operations and big-picture projects that keep our senior leadership team running smoothly. From orchestrating schedules to helping bring events and ideas to life, you’ll be right at the heart of the action.

Note: While Coconut Software is a remote-first organization, this role will be based onsite in our Saskatoon office (with some flexibility to work from home).
YOU’RE FIRED UP TO:
- Bring events to life — from company off-sites and socials to thoughtful gifting and swag through our Surf Shop, you’ll make sure our team and partners feel the Coconut vibes.
- Keep the ship sailing — oversee office operations across Saskatoon, Vancouver, and Toronto, ensuring spaces are welcoming and everything from snacks to access cards is handled.
- Support our leaders — manage calendars, expenses, travel, and communication for the senior leadership team (SLT), helping them stay organized and focused.
- Pitch in where it counts — lend a hand with admin and light finance tasks, making sure details don’t fall through any cracks.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Experience in an office environment (bonus if you’ve supported senior leaders or executives).
- A proactive, self-starter mindset — you anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative.
- Unwavering discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Creativity and curiosity, with a knack for turning ideas into memorable experiences.
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and professionalism in every interaction.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and keep deadlines on track.
