- Tätigkeit an Prozessanlagen der Halbleiterfertigung im Reinraum
- Bedienung und Bestückung von Pick&Place-Anlagen
- Chipvereinzelung
- Bedienung von Datenbanken zur Produktionssteuerung
Ihr Profil
- Interesse an Technik und sehr gute Feinmotorik
- Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
- exakte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit
- gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich), Grundkenntnisse in Englisch wünschenswert
