Laboratory Engineer Test Development & Validation

Your main tasks
- Development and validation of new physical measurement and testing methods
- Technical support for the design verification laboratories within the Competence Centres
- Operation, maintenance, and further development of the development laboratory
- Planning, coordination, and execution of test orders for internal customers from Product Innovation and Product Development
- Awarding and supervising projects to external service providers
Your profile
- University degree (ETH/TU/FH) in physics, biomedical science, microtechnology, medical technology or a comparable scientific-technical field
- Experience in physical development laboratories desirable, preferably in medtech, automotive or pharmaceuticals
- Enthusiasm for mechanics and the development and implementation of new testing methods
- Strong communication and confident stakeholder management set you apart
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
