Role Summary

 

The Market Analytics Lead Analyst supports the Business Development, Implementation, and Client Delivery functions of Allegis Global Solutions, from the ‘Centre of Analytics’ in Bangalore, primarily by advising management/executive levels of our clients on pricing models, market-based pricing and cost savings potential. They additionally will perform various economic research to advise clients on the sourcing of labor based on trends in industries, occupations, or economies both globally, nationally and locally

Expectations • Understand economic data related to labor markets and provide thoughtfully written analysis and verbal presentation of this data • Understand pricing data, sources, and methodology and professionally present these to executive level client sponsorship and AGS program teams. • Produce written analysis in the form of biogs, white papers, infographics or other web content. • Take initiative to seek out and gain client, industry and business knowledge pertinent to their role. • Fulfill ad hoc requests of Senior Analysts, Managers/Directors of the Market Analytics team as well as client sponsorship and program office teams. • Expected to be an engaged member of the Market Analytics team, contributing to discussions, analysis and writing relating to all aspects of this role. • Function almost entirely autonomously but bring in team support in extreme situations Key Responsibilities • Advise client sponsorship and program operations on pricing models, market-based pricing and cost savings initiatives through the implementation of rate cards with new clients and client expansions. The Lead Analyst will serve as the main point of contact on client implementations and is expected to be able to use judgment to advise clients on the best way to set up pricing for the sourcing of contingent labor. The Lead Analyst will present analysis and recommendations in a professional manner to executive levels of Fortune 1000 companies. • Serve as the main point of contact for one or more regions to advise current clients on pricing models, market- based pricing and cost savings initiatives through the regular review of rate cards and market dynamics. • Create quarterly Local Market Analysis publications advising client sponsorship, client hiring managers and AGS program teams of labor market conditions and how this could impact their sourcing over the course of the quarter. All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed. • Create Talent Maps to assess skillsets in a market in order for program teams to make recommendations to hiring managers around sourcing strategy and suggested changes. • Clean and manipulate data sets from a variety of internal and external databases for use by the Market Analytics team as well as the greater Bl team at AGS. • Handle a wide variety of ad hoc research projects as requested by client sponsorship, present research findings and advise on how the research findings should impact client sourcing decisions • Create various ad hoc research projects in support of AGS, AG OpCos and ACS corporate strategic planning efforts. • Handle client troubleshooting • Work with semi-complex or several-country implementation ownership, and should be able to review deadlines and project scope on non-complex implementations using sr. leadership to access escalations and make recommendations • Proactive with economic and industry related research • Support analysts with learning how to support basic tasks like implementations, rate reviews, etc. • Elevate organizational relationships across operations and support teams, typically at the Director and Exec. Director levels. • Ownership of complex, many-country or multi-pricing models with ability to escalate and make recommendations (full authority) to management regarding changes to deadlines and project scope • Day to day support of multiple regions and other team members' development • Lead MA team initiatives outside of EBRs • Conduct advanced analyses pulling together market, supplier and operational data to advise clients on talent acquisition recommendations • Stand in for manager as needed, with direct supervisor responsibilities of a small team of Analysts

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience market research, market and competitive intelligence, talent intelligence, and/or people analytics • Must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel (proficiency with v-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas etc.) • B.S. or M.A. in Economics Communications Research, Statistics, HR, or any related course • Must be a critical thinker who can take data and interpret it into actionable information for clients • Possess excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills • Must be a self-starter and independent worker, capable of meeting expectations and deadlines with minimal oversight • Must be comfortable working with a global team • Must have strong problem solving capabilities, and flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently • Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to hit aggressive deadlines. • Must have the ability to build relationships with key individuals
