The Opportunity
Online Education Services (OES) is seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in performance marketing, either client-side or agency-side.
Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for deploying, managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social, video and display. Your work will directly contribute to student acquisition outcomes for our university partners, supported by a collaborative team and a culture that values innovation, curiosity and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimise performance marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion stages
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights across CPL, CPA, ROI and creative effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and media partners to drive platform efficiency and best practice
- Support creative development with data-led recommendations and storytelling
- Enhance conversion rates across the student acquisition funnel, from lead generation to enrolment
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
About You
- 4–6+ years’ experience in performance marketing, with expertise in SEM, social, video and display
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budget management and ROI analysis
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Experience in A/B testing, web campaign deployment and creative planning
- Analytical, curious and forward-thinking, with a passion for exploring new ideas
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (MBA or Master’s degree desirable)
