We aggregate global GPU and XPU resources, enabling researchers and developers to collaboratively train state-of-the-art models using distributed training. As a member of our Growth Operations team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our sales and marketing infrastructure to secure partnerships, expand our GPU marketplace, and grow a long-term client base.

Core Responsibilities

Demand Generation Growth

  • Design and execute content-led sales loops that capture engagement signals (blog views, social shares, content interactions) and convert them into a qualified pipeline

  • Create sophisticated nurture campaign sequences for leads without app signups, driving them toward platform adoption through personalized content journeys

  • Utilize MarTech stack to develop engagement signals and lead scoring models for data-driven user insights

Organic Discovery & SEO Authority

  • Execute a topic-based SEO strategy focused on building topical authority

  • Create content frameworks covering the full spectrum of aligned core AI topics

  • Optimize for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to capture AI-powered search queries

  • Landing page optimization and CRO systems based on user journey and conversion data

Revenue Operations

  • Drive product-qualified lead (PQL) generation through user behavior engagement models

  • Install the core metric attribution framework for product and marketing launch sequences

  • Orchestrate data-driven insights to propel growth and strategic revenue-based operations

Tactical Work Examples & Projects

  • Content Creation: Technical case studies showcasing successful distributed training projects, developer-focused blog content on AI infrastructure challenges, product launch announcement sequences

  • Email Marketing: Multi-touch drip campaigns for different user segments, product feature adoption sequences, partnership announcement campaigns

  • Landing Page Optimization: A/B testing conversion flows for different user types (researchers vs enterprise), optimizing compute marketplace onboarding

  • SEO Content Strategy: Topic cluster development around "distributed AI training," "GPU marketplace," "decentralized compute" with supporting pillar and cluster content

  • Lead Scoring & Attribution: Building HubSpot workflows that connect content engagement → app trial → sales qualification → deal conversion

90-Day Success Benchmarks

  • Advanced nurture campaign flows built in HubSpot, connecting content engagement to sales qualification with marketing and sales attribution infrastructure

  • Content-led sales loop implemented with engagement tracking and automated lead scoring driving 20%+ increase in qualified pipeline

  • Topic-based SEO strategy launched with 5+ pillar content pieces and 15+ supporting articles showing measurable organic traffic growth

  • Product launch content sequence executed for major platform update with cross-channel promotion and conversion tracking

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years in product growth, content marketing, or demand generation roles, ideally in AI/ML, developer tools, or infrastructure

  • Deep analytical skills, including content performance measurement, lead scoring, marketing attribution, and growth experimentation

  • Experience building sophisticated marketing automation workflows and content-to-pipeline attribution models

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML ecosystem, developer communities, and technical buyer decision-making processes

  • Experience with marketing and sales tech stack, Ad + SEO platforms, and marketing attribution systems + revenue operations

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building integrated growth systems from first principles
