Reading Specialist Tutor bei SEEM Collaborative

SEEM Collaborative's Tutoring Department is seeking to hire a Reading Specialist Tutor. This position is per diem and provides direct instruction to identified students in surrounding districts both individually and in group settings. The tutor monitors student progress and discusses with classroom teachers implementing effective strategies.

Qualifications:

MA DESE teacher certified

Wilson Reading or Orton Gillingham Certificate

Duties include:

Writing quarterly progress reports

Collaborating with the team of teachers

Facilitiating small and large group discussions to achieve focused goals for the students.

Other duties as designated by the Coordinator of Tutoring Services

Position is per diem during school hours and after school hours.

Employment is contingent upon passing a SAFIS fingerprint and CORI screening.
