Your Role
As a Field Service Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of ARTIDIS’ innovative platform in clinical and laboratory environments. You will work closely with engineers, scientists, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of ARTIDIS systems at customer sites or internal labs

• Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of hardware and software components

• Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and clinical teams to ensure seamless system integration

• Assist in data collection, documentation, and reporting during testing and service activities

• Contribute to process optimization and the development of service documentation

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field

• Interest in medical device technologies, system integration, and field service activities

• Hands-on experience or coursework in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

• Willingness to occasionally travel for on-site service support
