Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
- Design and develop high-quality visual assets, including motion and static graphics for digital campaigns and print media.
- Create visually engaging static and animated graphics for marketing collateral, print materials, and presentations.
- Create property marketing materials that enhance visibility and support recruitment and retention.
- Conceptualize and execute content such as animated property tours, agent spotlights, market updates, and brand storytelling.
- Support company campaigns by designing creative assets for companywide initiatives, events, sponsorships and social media campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Edit and enhance video footage, adding motion effects, typography, and transitions to improve storytelling.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, animation techniques, and best practices to enhance the company’s marketing strategy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in graphic design and animation, preferably in real estate, marketing, or a related industry.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and static design work.
- Understanding of social media trends and how animated content can drive engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
- Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling.
- Familiarity with HTML5 animations for web-based marketing.
- Experience in real estate marketing or working with real estate professionals.
