Community Health Network's Behavioral Health Services seeks a BE/BC Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist 

for an opportunity to practice in the community mental health center setting in Kokomo, Indiana.  Ideal candidates will have an interest in providing multi-disciplinary, team-based outpatient care to the youth population. 

Licensure & Certification

BE/BC in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
