What You’ll Do

• Serve as the bridge between customers and plumbing teams, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.

• Guide homeowners through options and solutions, helping them make informed decisions.

• Generate revenue through strong consultative sales, maximizing opportunities on every call.

• Provide technical expertise and support to plumbing technicians in the field.

• Ensure work is completed to Fix-It 24/7’s high standards, safely and efficiently.


What We’re Looking For

• Plumbing experience required (residential preferred).

• Strong communication skills—you connect easily with both customers and technicians.

• A proven track record in sales or revenue generation.

• Self-driven, coachable, and committed to excellence.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
