Part Time Weekend Sales Position

We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, people-oriented individual to represent BathWorks at various home shows, festivals, and events across Michigan on weekends throughout the year. If the idea of getting paid to travel and chat with people for a few hours a day sounds like fun, this might be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally represent BathWorks at home shows, festivals, and similar events across the region

• Engage with attendees about their home improvement goals and schedule free estimates

• Follow our proven sales methodology

• Set up and break down the event booth

What We’re Looking For

• A great attitude and outgoing personality—you love talking to people

• Weekend availability

• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (travel is required)

• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs

• 4+ years of experience in sales or in-person marketing preferred but not needed

Compensation

Get paid to hit the road! This role includes paid travel to fun events across Michigan—Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Midland, and Traverse City.

This role is paid on a base + bonus plan. On-target earnings range from $21-32/hr.
