%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3EWeyerhaeuser Phoenix Distribution Center is currently seeking a Forklift Operations Associate. %26nbsp;Under the direction of the Site Operations Manager and designated leaders, this position is responsible for all activities associated with the movement and handling of materials related to the wood products yard/warehouse.%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EOur entry level%26nbsp;%3Cstrong%3Epay rate starts at %2420.50%3Cspan style=%22color: #0000ff; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;%22%3E%3Cspan style=%22font-size: 16px;%22%3E%26nbsp;%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3Eper hour.%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%3Cstrong%3EKey Functions%3C/strong%3E:%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cul%3E%0A%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22%3ESafely operate and maintain propane or gas forklift to move products from stock lines to staging and/or cut stations.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22%3ESafely load and unload products from various trailers and rail cars%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22%3ESafely do your job to ensure your personal safety and the safety of others.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22%3ECourage to intervene in any unsafe practices.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22%3EWear all personal protective equipment as required.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22%3EAccurately perform basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, and multiplying%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22%3EAccurately count units, record totals and document shipping and receiving activities%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22%3EDevelop in depth knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22%3ECommit to quality, efficiency, and continuous process improvement.%3C/li%3E%0A%3C/ul%3E%0A%3Cp style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EThis is not an inside warehouse position. This role will perform manual labor 55- 65% of the time.%3C/p%3E

• High school diploma or GED.
• A positive willing to learn attitude. No prior forklift operator experience required. Training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move or slide up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able work outside in the elements five days a week and occasional Saturdays depending on business needs.
• Ability to work on a computer.
• Ability to work cohesively in a team environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
