Wage Range: $35 – $42/hour

What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial/industrial PV systems (racking, modules, inverters, BOS)
- Interpret one-lines, electrical drawings, and construction plans
- Perform work in compliance with NEC standards, including grounding, bonding, labeling, and torque specifications
- Work safely on rooftops, ladders, lifts, and with fall protection systems
- Support large-scale solar and electrical projects with precision and quality workmanship
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure project success
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Active Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Hands-on experience with commercial/industrial PV systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC, grounding/bonding, labeling, and torque specs
- Comfortable with rooftop work, heights, ladders, and fall protection systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical one-lines and construction plans
- Pass background check and comply with secure-site protocols (daily pass required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- OSHA-10/30 certification
- Experience working on VA/healthcare campuses or other secure sites
- Commissioning/troubleshooting experience (inverters, strings, combiner boxes)
