Digital Program Manager – SAP & Manufacturing Integration

Location: Columbus/Atlanta Area

As a key member of the Digital & IT team, you will play a vital role in integrating applications and systems across newly acquired entities. You will drive SAP program rollouts, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure seamless system alignment with Epta’s digital strategy. Your contribution:

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, stakeholders, and ICT teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Lead the development of a coherent application strategy for integrating legacy systems across the Region.
• Drive end-to-end SAP programs, including rollout, migration, and integration across manufacturing sites.
• Optimize processes in manufacturing (MtO/MtS), logistics, and planning using SAP and complementary platforms (Coupa, IMMEX, Carta Porte).
• Oversee integration between SAP and enterprise systems (EAM, WFM, Salesforce, Concur, Boomi).
• Guide change management initiatives by activating competence centers and key user networks.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with managers across Epta to execute strategic digital projects.
• Proactively propose transformational software solutions that enhance operational flexibility and efficiency.
• Provide support and guidance to users on ERP SAP S/4 functionalities and best practices.

Your journey:

You excel at program leadership, SAP expertise, and driving digital transformation in complex, international manufacturing environments. Additionally, you bring the following:

• 10+ years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 supply chain/logistics modules (SD, MM, WM) and manufacturing expertise.
• Proven success coordinating process optimization and integration projects.
• Project management skills with certifications in SAP, PMP, or Agile preferred.
• Familiarity with architectures, integration frameworks (EAI, RPA), and data platforms (Data Lakes, DWH).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Languages: English (mandatory), Spanish (preferred).
