- Leasing: Guide prospective residents through the process of selecting a home, showcasing community features, assisting with lease administration, and ensuring a smooth move in.
- Event Planning: Create and host resident events to foster a strong sense of community.
- Market Surveys & Reporting: Learn about the surrounding market and assist in completing reports for executive leadership.
- Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Skills: Results-driven, trustworthy, and eager to learn.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
