- Welcome and support patients participating in clinical trials, making their experience smooth and positive.
- Collect vital data (EKGs, vitals, interviews) that directly contribute to advancing healthcare discoveries.
- Perform phlebotomy, process lab specimens, and coordinate with study teams to keep trials on track.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and regulatory support—keeping everything organized and compliant.
- A high school diploma (required).
- At least 6 months of medical office experience (1+ year with phlebotomy preferred).
- A positive, patient-focused attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
