Event Dates:
Set-Up: Saturday, September 21 (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Activation: Sunday, September 22 (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Tear-Down (Optional): September 22 (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
About the Role:
Brand Momentum is seeking an experienced Team Lead to support Haleon’s sponsorship activation with Canada Soccer in Laval. This is a high-profile event where you will lead a team of Brand Ambassadors to deliver an engaging and professional consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the Brand Ambassador team, including scheduling breaks and ensuring smooth operations.
Act as the main on-site point of contact for the client and internal team.
Support set-up and tear-down (must be comfortable with some heavy lifting).
Drive attendee engagement through sampling (Benefiber, Sensodyne, Tums), spin wheel activities, raffles, and email sign-ups.
Ensure all activation elements are executed seamlessly.
Requirements:
Bilingual (French/English) is a must.
Strong leadership and event management experience.
Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting during set-up/tear-down).
Outgoing, professional, and highly organized.
