Roles & responsibilities: Dealer base expansion Order taking and execution from dealers Operating retail stores Experience of working in pre-defined PJP Site visits Mason and engineers meets and engagements Dealer meets Road shows Execution of all outdoor signage’s Leading and managing ASO teams of distributors Developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability Exploring market trends and opportunities Analyse sales funnels and customer intent Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns Track all India BTL/ATL activities Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates) Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data Recommend website and campaign optimizations Research and implement marketing tools to support product promotion Work closely with sales team to identify opportunities for new customer acquisitions Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in B2B & B2C sales and marketing preferably in the construction product segment like TMT, Cement and Paints etc.
Candidates with prior experience of working with reputed brands like TATA Tiscon, Dalmia Cements etc. will be given preference.
Candidates with good understanding of North- East Market for TMT and cement and the dealer networks will be preferred.
Educational Qualification:
BE/ B.tech preferably in mechanical or metallurgy or/and MBA in sales and marketing
Age:
Young and dynamic candidates will be preferred for this role. Maximum age of the candidate considered will be 30 years. He should have valid driving license and open for travelling 20 days in a month.
Language Proficiency:
Candidates with proficiency of local languages will be given preference. Candidate should be proficient in at least one language of English/ Hindi
