THE ROLE

We are on the lookout for a Group Senior Customer Analyst, this role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and optimisation of data driven insights and analytics across the organisation. This role will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities through analysis, enhance operational efficiencies and support strategic initiatives.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver data-driven insights and forecasts to support strategic decision-making, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across business units.
• Lead the development of analytics frameworks, reporting pipelines, and sound statistical methodologies to support enterprise-wide performance and planning.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations, guiding marketing, customer strategies, and new business initiatives while assessing risks and measuring impact.
• Following industry trends and identifying growth opportunities to improve ROI on marketing and other business initiatives 

ABOUT YOU 

You are an experience Analyst who has a strong background within complex, data driven environments. Ideally you are a proactive and self sufficient individual with a strong understanding in SQL, Python experience is desirable but not required.

You will also have;

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders to produce data driven insights
• Hands on and curious nature
• Strong collaboration skills and someone who can work well with other team members
