The Opportunity

ANZ Veolia is looking for a Dispatcher;  to join the friendly team..  

You'll play a critical role as the first point of contact for our waste drivers and operators to assist with any issues. 

You will assist in scheduling, routing and generation of driver runs and will liaise with customers and drivers to provide assistance where required.

8.00 am start times and Monday to Friday shift pattern.

What you'll be responsible for

• Optimise bin delivery/collection routes for efficiency

• Provide timely, accurate info to all stakeholders

• Regularly analyse routes for optimization opportunities 

• Solve urgent customer issues with a focus on solutions

• Address route queries from Customer Services/Admin teams

What you'll need to be successful

• Proven scheduling experience

• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong people skills, including a strong ability to communicate and negotiate

• A strong focus on health and safety
