We are looking for HR Specialist for Mindray Brazil (São Paulo/SP):
Basic requirements:
- Advanced english;
- Onsite position - Berrini's region
- Previous experience in HR within personnel routines
Key Activities
- Support in Talent Acquisition processes: management candidates application and interface with mangers;
• Hiring new employees: collect hiring documents, information for inclusion benefits, interface with the operations team to prepare work tools, interface with supplier to prepare admission documents, collect signatures on documents and prepare the employee's medical record.
• Support in managing work hours control: inclusion and exclusion of employees in the system, monthly time recording, closing of the timesheet.
• Onboarding: organizing initial training with managers from all areas, organizing initial training with the hiring manager, checking the mentor responsible for the new employee. Implement initial HR training: explanation of benefits and the company
Personnel routine: clock control, annual leave, termiantions, employees documents, labor contract preparation, hiring exams
• Benefits administration: include new employees or exclude employees from their respective benefits. Monthly, arrange for the purchase of benefits such as transportation, meal vouchers, fuel and enter the respective payments in Concur;
• Organizational culture: support in the preparation and organization of events such as birthday parties, cultural activities and other cultural routines.
• Support for payments to the department in general: payroll suppliers, benefits, exams, etc.
