About the Role

You will be responsible for the maintenance of our wine and spirit records as well as the compilation of reports for our winemaking and cellar teams, including:

• Process daily wine and spirit instructions and generate dispatch notes
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports for vintage, month-end, and winemaking
• Organise wine and juice transport across local, interstate, and external sites
• Manage stock counts, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
