As a Project Coordinator you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the effective planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maintain project documentation, track progress, coordinate resources, and support governance and reporting requirements.

This is a 2-year maximum term opportunity.

What will you be doing?

  • Assisting Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, registers, minutes, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.

  • Supporting adherence to organisational frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring project risks, issues, and changes are recorded and escalated appropriately.

  • Acting as a point of contact for project stakeholders, supporting communication, organising workshops, and ensuring timely information flow.

  • Monitoring expenditure, procurement, and resourcing requirements, assisting in the preparation of budget reports and forecasts.

  • Coordinating meetings, maintain project schedules, update registers, and manage project correspondence.

  • Contributing to lessons-learned reviews and the refinement of project management practices.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Experience providing coordination or administrative support in a project or program environment working with cross-functional teams in a corporate or project-based setting.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records, documentation, and reports.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar) and MS Office Suite.

  • Understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK or equivalent).
