At HCF, we’re growing our Change Management team and are looking for an enthusiastic Change Management Specialist who’s ready to take the next step driving adoption, building engagement, and delivering real impact. About the job
As a Change Management Specialist, you will support the delivery of change initiatives across a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, and project teams to help ensure change is adopted smoothly and effectively.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our initiatives achieve their goals by increasing employee adoption and usage. With a strong focus on the people side of change, you’ll help design and deliver plans that support new processes, systems, and technologies across the business.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Creating and updating change management plans
- Partnering with stakeholders to assess impact and readiness
- Supporting communication and training efforts
- Coaching change champions and managing resistance
- Driving engagement and adoption to maximise ROI and business outcome
About you
You’re a confident communicator and a collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments. This Change Management Specialist role may also suit communication or training professionals who would like to pivot into a change management role.
You bring:
- Proven experience in business change management across people, process, and tech
- Strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action
- Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for helping others succeed
- Familiarity with project lifecycles and agile ways of working
- Demonstrated capability in the execution of large-scale change projects
Desirable
- PROSCI Change Management Accreditation
- Familiarity with project lifecycle and agile working
