What's the role?
The Program Planning Specialist is an operations focused-role supporting delivery enablement of the prioritised roadmap for Technology, Digital and Data (TDD). This position is directly responsible for coordinating the resource & technology capacity planning view aligned to roadmap delivery with accountability for identifying and clearly raising any risks, issues or dependencies.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and own the resource and technology capacity planning view aligned to roadmap delivery for both in-flight and pipeline initiatives with accountability for identifying and clearly raising any risks, issues or dependencies.
Work directly with the VMO, PMO, as well as relevant platform managers / heads-of and resource managers to ensure the capacity planning view is accurate and up-to-date
Create and distribute relevant updates on the planning view to key stakeholders / SLT as needed
Assess and create high-level sequenced schedules for pipeline initiatives as needed
Who are you?
2-3 years experience within the media or technology industries (or equivalent experience)
Project management or PMO familiarity is valuable
High-level of attention to detail and ability to summarise complex information concisely
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
Familiarity with project management concepts & frameworks
