We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Automation Engineer with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in test automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in automating both web and desktop applications using Python, Selenium, and PyWin32. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab, along with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, is essential to drive efficient and reliable automated testing that supports high-quality software delivery.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for desktop applications by integrating Python, Selenium for web components, and PyWin32 for Windows desktop interactions

• Maintain and improve the existing automation framework to increase efficiency and test coverage.

• Perform regular regression tests and continuously improve automated test cases to ensure they reflect new functionalities.

• Participate in the integration of automated test scripts with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Identify, document, and track defects, working with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

• Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to understand business requirements and create automated test cases that ensure software quality.

• Collaborate in the planning and execution of test strategies and assist in the evaluation of test results to provide actionable insights.

• 10+ years of experience in test automation for desktop application with DB using Python, Selenium for web components, and PyWin32 for Windows desktop interactions

• Strong understanding of Selenium WebDriver, Python programming, PyWin32, Pywinauto

• Hands-on experience in designing and developing automation frameworks.

• Experience working with test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and integration with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).

• Good to have Familiarity with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy

• Hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum methodology, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
