About TodayTix Group:
The People Operations team at TTG is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Assistant to serve as the face and heartbeat of our London office. In this role, you’ll not only be the welcoming presence in front of house, but also the person ensuring that the office runs seamlessly day to day behind the scenes. Your work will be essential in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and positive environment where our teammates can focus, collaborate, and thrive.
Reporting directly to the Director of People Operations in the UK, you will take ownership of office operations, upkeep, and logistics. This includes ensuring the space is fully functional, managing supplies and vendor relationships, and anticipating needs before they arise. You’ll balance the front-facing responsibilities of greeting team members and guests with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running.
Beyond operations, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and sustain a vibrant office culture by contributing to our employee experience calendar and helping create an environment that reflects our values.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in being the person who makes everything work smoothly. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver, highly dependable, and a thoughtful communicator who understands that attention to detail in office management underpins the success of the whole team. If you thrive in a social setting, are passionate about supporting others, and want to be the person who keeps the office running at its best, we’d love to hear from you!
Please note: This is a fixed-term contract covering a parental leave, with an expected start date of 27 October 2025 and an end date of 1 June 2026 (with the potential to extend). The role is based onsite at our Central London office. During the first month of training, the role will be up to 20 hours per week, increasing to 30–32 hours per week from 1 December. Hours and days in the office are flexible (our team works onsite Monday - Friday), and will be discussed during the interview process.
The wage rate for this role is £14 per hour.
