About the Role:
SafeRide Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Services to drive alignment, execution, and operational discipline across the organization while also shaping the cultural touchpoints that make SafeRide a great place to work.
Reporting directly to the VP, People & Enterprise Services, this role ensures the company’s most important priorities are clearly defined, rigorously tracked, and successfully delivered. At the same time, you will be responsible for designing and executing company-wide events and experiences that bring employees together, strengthen connections, and reinforce our mission-driven culture.
Success in this role requires someone who actively identifies and drives implied tasks, anticipating what needs to be done beyond what is explicitly assigned and ensuring details and dependencies are handled before they become blockers. You will be entrusted with running enterprise-level processes, stewarding readiness efforts, and ensuring our leaders are equipped with the clarity and momentum needed to scale a high-growth healthtech company.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead SafeRide’s enterprise OKR process, ensuring company priorities are clear, measurable, and achieved.- Establish and manage a business requirements intake program to align teams on goals, deliverables, and resourcing for major initiatives.
- Oversee site management and workplace operations, ensuring SafeRide’s offices run effectively and support a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate the Incident Management Team (IMT) and maintain readiness for critical response scenarios.
- Design and deliver company-wide events and experiences, from all-hands meetings to annual celebrations, that connect employees, strengthen camaraderie, and reinforce our mission.
- Act as a connector and facilitator, bringing cross-functional teams together to solve problems, accelerate decisions, and maintain alignment.
- Provide clarity, structure, and follow-through on initiatives, including anticipating and addressing implied tasks that keep execution on track.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience.- 7+ years of operational, human resources, and/or project management experience within a complex or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to design and implement processes, coordinate cross-functional execution, anticipate implied tasks, and keep stakeholders aligned to deliver results.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable bringing order to ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or 4 additional years of related business and/or operational experience.
Experience leading enterprise planning frameworks (e.g., OKRs, Scorecards, PMO).- Background in readiness operations, crisis response, or similar experience managing complex, time-sensitive initiatives under pressure.
- Experience in planning and facilitating company-wide meetings or events that drive culture and connection.
- Exposure to workplace operations, facilities management, or employee experience programs.
- Experience in healthcare, military, or similar industries.
