We're looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to keep our operations running at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you'll work with 480VAC 3-phase, 120V AC, and low voltage DC systems, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining critical electrical infrastructure that keeps our production moving. What You'll Do
Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems to ensure efficient and continuous operation
Assemble, install, test, and maintain wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand, power, and precision measuring tools
Inspect electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
Identify and correct malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components according to codes and safety standards
Follow all safety regulations and use required PPE at all times
Keep accurate maintenance records and report hazards or equipment issues promptly
Be available for 12-hour day/night shifts, weekends, call-outs, and overtime as needed
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Completion of a formal apprenticeship or vocational training in industrial electrical work (required)
Journeyman electrician license and compliance with state/local electrical regulations (required upon hire)
4+ years of industrial electrical experience, or a combination of technical training and experience
Strong knowledge of 480VAC 3-phase, 120V AC, and low voltage DC systems
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Commitment to safety protocols and PPE compliance
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Additional electrical or safety certifications (preferred)
